Returns & Refunds

All times have been checked to ensure the highest quality for customers prior to shipping. If for some reason an item is not what you expected, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

There are no returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item has been damaged we will happily provide a replacement.

Damage

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please send a photograph of the packaging and damage to the product. Insist that any visible damage or open packaging is noted by the courier prior to signing for your order.

Privacy Policy

Any information we collected in relation to you is kept strictly secured and is in compliance with Australian privacy laws. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with any third parties. No payment details are stored or collected. These details are processed by Shopify Payments and secured on their servers.

All prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Duties & Taxes

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any additional taxes and duties.
